How Complispect handles your data
Template text for Ascendia Core Ltd. It is not legal advice: have a lawyer review it before you rely on it. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
What we hold
Account details (name, email, role), your company's profile (name, sector, size), the obligations, tasks, reminders and notes you record, the documents and evidence you upload, and an audit log of who did what.
Why
To run the service for your company: tracking deadlines, sending reminders and notifications, storing evidence and producing reports. We do not sell your data and we do not use your documents for advertising.
Who can see it
People in your company see what their role allows (owners, managers and viewers). Ascendia staff do not browse your company's records. Ascendia's own monitoring tools receive only totals, such as the number of obligations and overdue items, not the content of your records or documents.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and company records. Owners can export company data from the workspace.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, access is controlled by role, companies are kept separate from each other, and uploaded files are kept outside the public web folder.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. There is no advertising tracking.
